3- Day Private Sound Healing Training

Session 1: Introduction & Unboxing Day!

•  Focus: Establishing your connection to the bowls and understanding their basics.
•  What’s Included:
•  Unboxing and Setup: Step-by-step guidance on how to care for, arrange, and prepare your bowls.
•  Notes and Chakras: Deep dive into how C, D, G, and E correspond to specific chakras and their energy centers.
•  Playing Techniques: Learn the foundational techniques to play each bowl with precision and intention.
•  Building a Connection: Practices to energetically connect with your bowls and intuitively tune into their vibrations.
  (Duration: 3.5 hours)

Session 2: Fundamentals of Sound Healing

•  Focus: Understanding the science, energy, and principles behind sound healing.
•  What’s Included:
•  Science of Sound Healing: Explore how frequency, vibration, and resonance impact the body and mind.
•  Energy & Frequency: Learn how sound influences energy flow and promotes alignment within the body.
•  Sound Healing Fundamentals: Key principles for creating harmony using sound as a healing tool, including intention setting and space energetics.

Session 3: Soundbath Mastery

•  Focus: Applying your skills to craft a healing and transformative soundbath experience.
•  What’s Included:
•  Bowl Setup & Flow: Practice setting up your bowls for an effective soundbath arrangement.
•  Refining Techniques: Advanced playing techniques to layer sounds and maintain rhythm.
•  Creating a Soundbath: Guidance on sequencing, transitions, and holding space for participants.
•  Practice Session with Trainer Gina: Hands-on experience with live feedback and expert tips to refine your practice.
