What is Reiki?
The Usui System of Natural Healing
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in the 1920's. Reiki is spiritually guided life force energy. It helps a person’s natural ability to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. In a Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or just above the client's body, facilitating the flow of energy to areas where it is needed most.

What is Holy Fire® Reiki?
A New Reiki Energy
Holy Fire® Reiki is a new form of Reiki introduced by the ICRT about three years ago. It is both powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance. It is included and taught in our Usui Reiki classes.
Holy Fire® energy is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness.

Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Level 1 & 2
Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both Placements (attunements) are given. All the information and techniques for both levels are covered, including:
Reiki Level 1: Healing Yourself
Includes:
- How does it work?
- The history of Reiki and the Reiki Ideals.
- The Reiki hand positions.
- Giving a complete Reiki treatment for your own self-healing
- Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field
- Strengthening and protecting your energy field.
- Gassho meditation
- Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed.
- Reiji-Ho: Using inner guidance to know how and where to treat
- Reiki Level 1 Attunement/Placement
Reiki Level 2: Advanced Energy Healing & Healing Others
Includes:
- The Holy Love experience that places Divine Love into your heart.
- The Reiki II symbols and how to use them with practice time.
- Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits or create new, healthy ones.
- Distant healing to send Reiki to family, friends, and world situations.
- Learn how to treat others professionally.
- Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes.
- Koki ho - using the breath to send Reiki.
- Reiki Level 2 Attunement/Placement
- How to use Reiki in Groups
- Using Reiki for pets, plants, food, crystals, and more.
The class combines lectures, discussions, and hands-on experiences. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions and self-treatment.
Level 2, includes practice using all the level II symbols, including distant healing, and practicing using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned above.

Meet Your Guide...
Hi, I'm Katie....
It is said that Reiki Healing comes to you at the exact moment it is supposed to in your life.
Just like that quote, "When the student is ready, the teacher appears."
For me, Reiki has completely changed and shifted my entire life. My journey through the levels of Reiki Healing brought me back into alignment with who I am on a soul level. It was an evolution of my spiritual journey.
When I was young, I was always super intuitive and empathic. I remember sitting in the classroom and knowing what everyone else was thinking. I'm sure, on some level, you can relate. Somewhere along the way, as children, we were taught to shut down our intuitive abilities and block them out. It was uncomfortable feeling all the energies of others, and we were not taught how to handle them. I used alcohol as a big suppressor. It wasn't until 2020, when I got sober that I realigned with my path and purpose, and I found Reiki Energy Healing. (Along with several other modalities.)
Learning this powerful modality, I have been able to not only heal myself but help heal others around me. It has also helped strengthen my intuitive abilities and connected me to my inner guidance system.
